Bridgeport

Find the showroom on Dewey Street

The 25,000 square foot facility is at 153 Dewey Street, Bridgeport. The showroom is the third step of the process, so most clients come through the door once the design is on paper. Open directions in Google Maps.

What happens after you reach out

The first meetings are about the yard and the numbers. Nothing is poured, and nothing is signed, until the design and budget make sense to you.

  1. 01

    Initial meeting

You describe the yard, how the family uses it and what is not working now. A project manager is assigned to you from here on.

  2. 02

    Design and a working budget

A preliminary design and budget come back to you before anyone asks for a deposit.

  3. 03

    Showroom visit

The Bridgeport showroom has working water features, finishes and lighting you can see run.

  4. 04

    Design development and contract

The design is refined with you, then written into the contract. Permits and town review meetings are handled for you after that.

Permitting usually runs 2 to 8 weeks, and the average build takes about 45 days once it starts. Financing is available through HFS Financial, All American’s lending partner. The full sequence is laid out on the pool building process page.
